Emma's Roast is roasted specially for Hotel Emma and rotates seasonally.

Our current offering, San Antonio La Paz, is a regional blend from the El Progreso department of Guatemala. This washed, medium roast produces a balanced cup with hints of chocolate, nougat, and red grape.
